You can find us at 39 Division Street, Sag Harbor, NY 11963. Look for the beautiful old brick building behind The American Hotel. Parking is available in the rear. Please note, we are not wheelchair accessible.

We offer Private and Duet lessons in our studio. Additionally, we provide group lessons for at-home sessions.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If not cancelled before then you will be charged full amount. Call or text 631.235.0303 to cancel.

Yes. We offer Pilates Instructors to rent the studio per hour.
